Here are some of our past and upcoming activities.

Last fall several AFS members attended a picnic at the UC Davis arboretum. We enjoyed a variety of cuisine frome around the world.

As a fundraiser, we're holding a bowl-a-thon at the MU. Those participating will get sponsors to donate a certain amount of money for each pin they knock down.

At an AFS movie night, members watch a foreign film to learn about other cultures and customs. In addition, every member brings a dish from another country.

International Extravaganza

Child Relief and You (CRY) America is a non-profit organization that
works toward restoring basic rights for underprivileged children. The Davis
chapter of CRY is hosting a talent show called INTERNATIONAL
EXTRAVAGANZA on MARCH 4, 2005 from 6 - 9 pm at the VETERANS MEMORIAL THEATRE (14th and B street). Enjoy a medley of talents of local artists from around the world. Tickets sell for $5 (children. students) and $8 (adults/general public). To purchase tickets or for more information, call 530 219-5192 or email cryamerica.davis@crymail.org. Proceeds from the show will benefit
